Portable extractor systems

We recommend portable extractor systems for activities performed at islands or workstations. They are also suitable for work processes that are performed only periodically, such as cutting, sanding, welding and individual painting for small batches. These mobile systems are generally fitted with extractor arms or exhaust hoods, as well as integrated fans and filtration units. They can be supplied with filters of various classes, with class M filters being the most common. Certain versions, such as portable exhaust towers, can be used in any part of the room due to their mobility. Contaminated air is sucked in at the top of the tower, the airflow is led through a system of filter units, and the clean air is then returned to the atmosphere in the lower third of the equipment. This direction may also be reversed. These portable systems use diffusion panels to divide the surrounding space into 360°, meaning there are no dead zones. Thanks to their silencer units, they emit about 65-70 dB during operation.

High-pressure extractor systems

Another group of mobile extractor systems is  the high-pressure systems, which can be regarded as a type of industrial vacuum cleaner. These are usually used to collect solid contaminants. They are available in antistatic versions with IP 54 shock protection and can therefore be used in ATEX environments. The contaminants are collected in the dust collectors integrated into the equipment: these are easy to empty and clean.

Mobil extractors

The woodworking, bookbinding and stonemasonry industries use mobile extractor systems equipped with bags. They are extremely simple to operate. They can be used with practically any activity that leads to solid by-products. The contaminants to be collected are fed by a radial fan into an airflow directed into a filter bag that separates airborne solid particles from the air. With the help of gravity, the particles fall into the plastic collection bags placed opposite the separator. These closed bags are easy to transport and store. Available with both wheels and fixed stands.
