Gas turbine filters

Gas turbine power plants used in various industries require immense amounts of premium quality air for their operation, where premium quality primarily means filtered air. In general, multi-stage air intake systems with filter units placed one after the other are used to provide air of exceptional quality.

We offer gas turbine filter elements of all sizes and makes (Din, Twist Lock, FARR, Puls Star, AAF Pulse Star, etc.), from the pre-filter stage to the most sensitive H11 (H12) filter panels with the best quality.

As to configuration, gas turbine filters can be of cylindrical, conical or combined shape, and be connected to the filter housing with a normal, twist-lock, square end cap, EPDM or silicone seal. The internal and external surfaces of gas turbine filters are usually made of galvanised or surface-treated steel mesh, but ABS and PP filters are also available. Gas turbine filters can use various types of filter materials and media in accordance with respective requirements. The filter material is generally a synthetic filter fabric or possibly cellulose mixed with synthetic materials, even incorporating nano-technology properties.
