Industrial dust bags
 One of the most widespread technologies involving industrial filtration is industrial dust separation or dust filtration. Countless industries, from timber through sugar to the electronics industry, use dust traps of various sizes and configurations with filters to prevent the dusty air and gases resulting from production processes from entering the surrounding atmosphere or from causing a health hazard to workers due to high dust content.
The most common technical solution for removing dust is to use traditional dust collectors with bags: the air or gas to be cleaned is fed through a suitable filter bag that traps out suspended dust particles.

The basic materials used include polyester, Nomex, polyacrylonitrile, glass and polypropylene, as well as the antistatic, water and oil repellent (oleo- and hydrophobic), and Teflon membraned variants of these. Besides their physical size, important parameters of the filter bags are the thickness of the filter material, the weight per square metre, the flow rate, heat and chemical resistance.
When ordering filter bags, dust filtration bags or dust bags, it is very important to identify the proper size of the dust bag, which will be noted by our staff on the basis of a drawing, a sample bag or personal interaction, and our partners will be served from stock or one-off production based on this size.
