Paint spray filter mats - Paint stop

The paint spray filter is a special type of filter available in both rolls and mats, used almost everywhere in surface treatment plants. As the active element of various filter appliances, it has the job of removing paint mist. The filter mat separates paint particles from the air in order to protect air ducts, ventilators and engines, as well as the environment from paint deposits.

The filter material is generally an open-weave glass fibre, which allows the paint to penetrate deeply into the mat, enabling the entire structure of the mat to trap the paint spray, thus ensuring an extended lifetime and low costs. The filter medium contains no silicone or other components detrimental to paint quality. It can generally withstand temperatures of up to 200°C.

Paint mist collector mats are essential prerequisites of surface treatment facilities in the automotive, wood, furniture and mechanical engineering industries, as well as everywhere paint mist is present in extracted air due to surface treatment.
